❌ No Returns / No Refunds
All products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
The product received is damaged, or
The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)
📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a return or refund:
Customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the time of opening the sealed package.
The video must show the product clearly without any cuts or edits.
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
⏰ Reporting Time
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after 24 hours will not be considered.
🔁 Replacement / Refund Process
Once the unboxing video is verified by our backend team, we will approve the request.
Based on availability:
A replacement will be shipped at the earliest, or
A refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
🚫 Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in cases of:
Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear & tear
Slight variations in color, design, or finish (due to lighting or screen resolution)
Customer change of mind or personal preference
